Natured Path Press is an independent publisher focused on applied ecopsychology and practice-based work.
Applied ecopsychology names a body of practice concerned with the relationship between psychological well-being, lived experience, and ecological context. Much of this work takes place outside formal institutions and is grounded in direct engagement with place, attention, and reflective practice.Field Notes is an editor-led journal devoted to articulating what is present in applied ecopsychology but has not yet found full language. The journal develops through editorial discernment, conversation with practitioners in the field, and reflective synthesis.Practitioners are occasionally invited into editorial conversations as part of the journal's research process. These conversations have no expectation of publication and serve as field listening that informs editorial writing.Published seasonally after each season's close, four issues per year at $20 each. Annual subscription available for $70.First issue releases March 1, 2026.
